CAPITAL RAISING
StratEquity (Pty) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of StratCorp Limited, has
successfully placed 5 498 429 linked units at 100 cents each, through its 20 000
investor client base on behalf of West Limited.
StratEquity was awarded the placement contract in September 2004.StratEquity has
to date provided funding for developing listed and unlisted companies in excess
of R60 million. StratEquity has the ability to raise between R20 - R30 million
for developing companies up to the financial year ending 28 February 2006.
