(`SBSA`) - SALIENT DATES
Further to the announcement on SENS dated 6 January 2005, unitholders are
advised that a circular to Prima unitholders containing a notice of general
meeting of Prima unitholders was issued on 8 February 2005. The general meeting
will be held at the office of Prima, 2 Arnold Road, Rosebank, 2196, at 10:00 am
on Thursday, 24 February 2005. The salient dates are set out in the table
below.
