DIVIDEND RATE
The Board of Aquarius Platinum has declared an interim dividend for the six
months ended 31 December 2004 of 3 US cents per share payable on 23 March 2005.
This will be paid in Rand to South African shareholders, registered as such on
the South African share register, calculated at the US dollar to Rand exchange
at the close of business on 15 February 2005, which was R5,9862/US$1 and
accordingly the dividend payable is R0,17959 per share.
