CHANGES TO THE MONEYWEB BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, Moneyweb is pleased to announce the following
changes in the responsibilities of certain members of the board of directors:
- Andrew Smith, currently a non-executive director, is appointed as non-
executive chairman;
- Alec Hogg, formerly the executive chairman, assumes Edwin Jay`s role as
chief executive officer; and
- Edwin Jay becomes a non-executive director.
All these changes are effective immediately.
