APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In terms of 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa, Glovil hereby advises that:
- Bonang Mohale has been appointed as chairman of the board of directors of
Glovil (`the board`) with immediate effect;
- Mark Israelsohn will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the
board;
- Faruk Waja has resigned from the board with effect from 31 January 2005;
and
- Carel van Reenen has resigned from the board with effect from 31 March
2005.
After 31 March 2005 Glovil will no longer comply with the JSE Listings
Requirements to have at least 4 directors. The company expects to make further
board appointments and will announce such appointments in due course.
