Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 22 Dec 2004 and
14 January 2005, and are advised that the contents referred to therein has been
addressed by the release of the preliminary results which were published by the
company on 27 January 2005. Accordingly, caution is no longer required to be
exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
