the 2004 Annual Report of the Company, in terms of which the directors informed
the unitholders that the audit services of Ambit had been put out on tender, and
are advised that Deloitte and Touche have been appointed as the auditors of the
company for the financial year which commenced on 1 October 2004. This decision
was ratified by unitholders at the company`s AGM yesterday.`
