ALEXANDER FORBES LIMITED -CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements the following is
advised:
Mr J Percy-Davis has resigned as a director of the board of Alexander Forbes
Limited with effect from 17 February 2005, in order to devote his full attention
to Alexander Forbes` International Risk Services Business.
The board also announces the appointment of Mr G J Roberts-Baxter as alternate
director to Mr J J Durand, with effect from 17 February 2005.
