Securities Exchange, notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive
director of Tiger Brands, has disposed of 469 ordinary shares in Tiger
Brands Limited.

Securities Exchange, notice is hereby given that J L van den Berg, a non-
executive director of Tiger Brands, has purchased 2 000 ordinary shares in
Tiger Brands Limited.
