TRADING UPDATE
Shareholders are advised that Iliad`s headline earnings per share and earnings
per share for the year ended 31 December 2004 are expected to be between 20% and
30% higher than the headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the
year ended 31 December 2003.
The financial results for the year ended 31 December 2004 have not been reported
on by Iliad`s auditors. The financial results for the year ended 31 December
2004 are expected to be published on or about 8 March 2005 and shareholders are
accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until
publication of the financial results.
