FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In a cautionary announcement released on SENS and published in the press on 18
November 2004, shareholders were informed that it was the intention of Bryant to
acquire assets capable of making profits and increasing shareholder wealth
thereby maintaining its listing on the JSE.
In this regard an agreement was entered into effective from 9 November 2004 to
acquire a majority interest in an open choice capitation based medical scheme
business. This agreement has been subject to a number of conditions, which had
not been met by 18 February 2005. The directors of Bryant have accordingly
suspended the agreement and are exploring other acquisition opportunities.
Further Cautionary Announcement
As the board of Bryant is continuing to pursue acquisition opportunities for the
company, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made in this regard.
