CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that:
Mr Peter Barrable has resigned as a non-executive director of Purple Capital
with immediate effect.
Mr Craig Carter has been appointed as an executive director of Purple Capital
with effect from 22 February 2005.
Craig Carter has over 20 years experience, predominantly in financial services.
Before joining Purple Capital he was the chief operating officer of Blue
Catalyst which, as part of the Blue IQ Gauteng provincial government initiative,
is involved in advising on and investing in early-stage businesses.
