(`SBSA`) - RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Java Capital is authorised to announce the results of the general meeting of
unitholders of Prima convened on 24 February 2005 in terms of the notice of
meeting contained in the Prima circular issued on 8 February 2005 in order to
approve the acquisition by Prima of a portfolio of property letting businesses
from SBSA (`the acquisition`).
The resolutions were unanimously passed.
Accordingly, the agreement for the acquisition is now only subject to the
approval of the Competition Commission.
