In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
The Company announces the following changes in the composition of the board of
directors:
Mr S Hashimoto, non-executive director on the board since 01 October 2001, will
be returning to Japan at the end of February 2005.
Mr S Egashira has been appointed to the board as non-executive director with
effect from 24 February 2005.
The company thanks Mr Hashimoto for his contribution in the past and wishes him
well with his future plans.
