TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders were advised on 02 December 2004 that the Group would incur a loss
for the year ending 31 December 2004 which was estimated to be between R35mil
and R45mil.
As a result of the recent restructuring and further write-downs and provisions
associated therewith, the Group will make a loss for the year ending 31
December 2004 amounting to approximately R52mil.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the fact that the financial information on
which this trading statement has been based has not been reviewed or reported on
by the Company`s auditors in accordance with paragraph 3.4(b)(vi)(1)(aa) or
3.4(b)(1)(vi)(bb) of the JSE Securities Listings Requirements.
