NOTICE OF SHAREDEALINGS
In terms of paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange, notice is hereby given that M H Franklin, an executive director of
Tiger Brands, has exercised 28 300 options, being options that were beneficially
held by him in terms of the Tiger Brands (1985) Share Purchase Scheme, and has
taken a loan to fund such purchase, but has not disposed of any shares.
