Shareholders are hereby advised that the company intends changing its name from
Mercantile Lisbon Bank Holdings Limited to Mercantile Bank Holdings Limited to
align the company`s name with that of its major subsidiary, Mercantile Bank
Limited (`the bank`), and with the branding of the bank.
