RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting held today, shareholders of L.A. Group voted in favour of
the ordinary and special resolutions to approve the specific repurchase of 641
296 L.A. Group ordinary shares and 5 618 615 L.A. Group `N` ordinary shares from
George Cocolas at a purchase price of 450 cents per share (`the resolutions`).
The weighted percentage of votes in favour of the resolutions was 99.95%.
