APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Northam is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr G T (Glyn) Lewis to the
board as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 March 2005.
Mr Lewis joined the company in 2001 and currently holds the position of General
Manager.
Along with his executive responsibilities, Mr Lewis retains responsibility for
mining operations.
