CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr Keith Plekker has resigned as Company Secretary to Diamond Core as he is
leaving the employ of the company. Mr Plekker`s resignation as Company
Secretary is effective from 1 March 2005.
The company has appointed Ms Jenny Marshall as the new Company Secretary. Ms
Marshall`s appointment takes effect from 1 March 2005. Ms Marshall and Mr
Plekker have been working closely together on company secretarial matters for
the last year and the company therefore anticipates a seamless handover of
responsibilities.
