Requirements
As indicated to shareholders on 10 December 2004 and in the interim report
released on 28 February 2005, Professor Willie Esterhuyse, an independent non
executive director of the company has retired from the board of Murray & Roberts
with effect from 28 February 2005. Therefore with effect from 1 March 2005, the
