advises that Mr C Mostert has resigned as a director of Spescom Limited with
effect from 1 March 2005.
Mr Mostert will continue as the Chief Executive Officer of Spescom Software
Incorporated in San Diego, United States of America where his expertise will
continue to be available to the Group.
