Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa, Prism Holdings Limited (`Prism`) hereby announces the
resignation of Mr Kevin Mark Pocock, a non-executive and non-resident director
on Prism`s board of directors, with effect from 2 March 2005.
Such resignation follows the strategic intent that new appointees be
accommodated on Prism`s board pursuant to recent black economic empowerment
initiatives undertaken by Prism, including that involving the Mineworkers
Investment Company (Proprietary) Limited as announced on the Securities Exchange
News Service earlier today.
Prism`s board of directors wishes to extend its thanks to Mr Pocock for the
positive contribution he has made during his tenure as a director and wishes him
well in the future.
