In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Mike Jolly, executive
director of Hudaco, has retired from the board of directors of Hudaco with
effect from 28 February 2005.
Hudaco thanks Mr Jolly for his invaluable contribution to the company over a
period of 45 years.
