Declaration of dividend
Confirmation of South African Exchange Rate and dividend rate in respect of the
Monteagle dividend
Further to the announcements to shareholders published on 23 December 2004 and 4
January 2005, shareholders are hereby advised that the exchange rate to be used
will be US$ 1.00 = R5.9557.
This has been calculated as the average of the bid/ask spread as at 17h00
(United Kingdom time) on 3 March 2005.
Consequently the dividend of 7 US cents will be equal to 41.6899 South African
cents.
The last day to trade cum dividend will be 11 March 2004
The record date is 18 Mar March 2004.
