DATE OF GENERAL MEETING
In the Prism announcement dated 2 March 2005, Prism shareholders were advised of
the date of a general meeting (`the meeting`) for the purpose of considering
and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the resolution
necessary to implement the black economic empowerment transaction, details of
which were contained in the announcement.
The salient dates set out in the announcement indicated that the meeting would
be held on Thursday, 24 March 2005 however in the section headed `Notice of
General Meeting` it was stated that the meeting would be held on Wednesday, 23
March 2005.
Shareholders are advised that the correct date for the meeting is Thursday, 24
March 2005 as set out in the salient dates of the announcement and in the
circular sent to shareholders on 2 March 2005.
