SENS STATEMENT - 4 March 2005
YOMHLABA RESOURCES LTD - YBA (an update)
Further to the earlier SENS announcement of 4 March 2005, the Board wish to
inform shareholders of Yomhlaba that:
- Ingwe has refused to provide us with evidence in support of their
allegations against the company; and,
- The company will seek the assistance of the court to secure evidence of the
allegations.
Shareholders are hereby informed that the company is financially sound; the
company as at 28 February 2005 has fixed assets of R37.5m and cash and cash
equivalents of R19.5 m.
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement and the cautionary
announcement issued on 17 February 2005. The Board expects to be in a position
to make an announcement in this regard before the end of March 2005.
