ACQUISITION OF MRS GOVENDER`S BRANDS
All Joy is pleased to announce that brands of Mrs Govender has been acquired, in
line with the Company`s Black Economic Empowerment (`BEE`) commitment, to invest
in black owned and managed businesses. Mrs Govender has developed a range of
authentic South African Indian cuisine products, making the preparation of
curries convenient.
Mr and Mrs Govender will oversee and manage the full integration of the Mrs
Govender brands into the existing brands of All Joy to obtain maximum benefits
and economies of scales for the Company to support a South African launch of
these products in due course.
The directors and management of All Joy Foods are excited about the prospects of
the newly acquired brands.
Warning: Investors are warned that investing in companies listed on ALTx is

the Company. In accordance with ALTx`s Listing Requirements, All Joy is
required to appoint a Designated Advisor whose responsibility it will be to
guide and assist the Company in complying with and discharging its

Designated Advisor, it faces possible suspension and the subsequent termination
of its listing without the prospect of an appropriate offer being made to
shareholders.
