CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements the following
changes to the board of directors of Calulo, effective 3 March 2005, are
disclosed:
* Messrs DG Borthwick, RJ Hoption and N Lurie resigned as non-executive
directors;
* Mr M Faku was appointed a non-executive director, acting chairman and a member
of the risk, audit and compliance committee;
* Mr M Diale was appointed a non-executive director and a member of the risk,
audit and compliance committee;
* Ms Nyameka Madikizela was appointed an executive director and chief operating
officer, and
* Mr Richard Harman was appointed chief executive officer.
