TRADING STATEMENT
This trading statement is issued in compliance with the Listings Requirements
(section 3.4(b)) of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.
Kairos expects an increase of between 230% and 250% in both its headline
earnings and basic earnings per share for the year ended 28 February 2005,
compared to the results reported for the prior corresponding year ended 29
February 2004.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The results for the year ended 28 February 2005 are expected to be published
before the end of May 2005.
