Listings Requirements, members are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Resilient`s audited abridged financial report for the year ended 31
December 2004, published on 4 February 2005, the annual report was dispatched to
members on Friday, 4 March 2005. The annual report contains no modifications to
the aforementioned published audited abridged financial report.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Resilient will be held at 14:00 on
Thursday, 31 March 2005 at the company`s registered office, 57 6th Road, Hyde
Park, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
