TRADING STATEMENT AND CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that the headline earnings and earnings of Schamin for
the year ended 31 March 2005 are expected to be between 160% and 170% higher
than that for the previous comparable period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors. The year end results of
Schamin will be published during June 2005.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Casper Scharrighuisen has been
appointed as Managing Director of the company with effect from 14 March 2005.
Mr Scharrighuisen takes over from Jason Holland, who remains the Financial
Director of Schamin.
