IDION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa, IDION announces the following changes to its Board of
Directors:
The IDION Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Timothy James
Keithahn, Chief Financial Officer of Vision Solutions, Inc. (`Vision`), IDION`s
subsidiary in the United States, as an executive director of IDION with effect
from 14 March 2005;
The IDION Board also wishes to inform shareholders that Mr Willem Adriaan
Richard, Group Financial Director of IDION, will resign as director effective 30
April 2005. The Board wishes to thank Mr Richard for his significant
contribution during the past 4 years and wishes him well for the future.
Mr Keithahn will succeed Mr Richard as IDION Group Financial Director with
effect from 1 May 2005. This change in directorship is in line with the Group`s
strategy to expand its global operations through its subsidiary, Vision.
