TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Moribo is currently finalising its results for the year ended 31 December 2004,
which should be released on SENS by 31 March 2005. Shareholders are advised that
Moribo will be reporting a loss of between 10 cents and 12 cents per share and a
headline loss of between 8 cents and 10 cents per share. The financial
information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by the company`s auditors.
Shareholders are advised that the company has entered into negotiations which,
if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
company`s shares. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their shares in the company until a further announcement is made.
