Ruling of the Executive Committee of the Securities Regulation Panel held on
Wednesday 16 March 2005
In the matter of the GFL appeal against the rulings of the Executive Director of
25 January 2005 and of the 18th February 2005 in relation to Rule 28.7.
The appellant chose to withdraw its appeal.
In the circumstances the Executive Committee dismissed the appeal with costs of
the Panel.
