CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Barrie Ireton has resigned as a non-executive
director and consequently as chairman of the Board of Directors of the company,
with effect from 15 March 2005. The Board has appointed Mr. Jean-Pierre Rozan to
take on the responsibilities of chairman, with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to take this opportunity to express its thanks and appreciation
to Mr. Barrie Ireton for the invaluable contribution and leadership he provided
to the company since November 2002 and wishes him every success in his future
endeavours.
