FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders of Sage (`Shareholders`) are referred to previous cautionary
announcements made on SENS on 23 December 2004 and 3 February 2005,
respectively, and are advised that the Company is continuing discussions that
may lead to a potential transaction which, inter alia, will address its
outstanding debt obligations. This may have a material effect on the price of
the Company`s shares on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.
Shareholders are further advised that Sage is currently reviewing certain issues
which may adversely impact its financial results for the year ended 31 December
2004. Given this and the discussions referred to above, the publication of the
results is expected on or about 8 April 2005.
Shareholders are advised that they should continue to exercise caution in
dealing in their Sage shares until a further announcement is made.
