ADOPTION OF DISTRIBUTION PER LINKED UNIT AS THE FINANCIAL RESULTS MEASURE
Acucap linked unit holders are advised that in terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(v) of
the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa Listings Requirements, Acucap will be
adopting distribution per linked unit (being a proxy for cash flow per linked
unit) as the financial results measure for trading statement purposes, for
reporting periods commencing on 1 April 2005.
