Commencement of listing of preference shares
ABIL shareholders and other interested parties are advised that all conditions
precedent in respect of the listing of 5 000 000 variable rate non-redeemable,
non-cumulative, non-participating preference shares (`preference shares`) on the
JSE Securities Exchange South Africa have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the
listing of the preference shares will commence at 09:00 on Wednesday 23 March
2005.
