Dealings by Directors in The Spescom Limited Share Trust (`the Trust`)
In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Spescom
herewith discloses the following information relating to the granting of share
options by the Trust to employees, including executive directors.
In terms of the Trust, share options in ordinary shares in Spescom have been
granted to employees of Spescom on 14 March 2005 at a price of R1.17 per share.
The options become exercisable two years from the date of grant and the option
remains valid for a period of ten years.
The total number of ordinary shares granted to each of the executive directors
in terms of the Trust is as follows:
