Cautionary Announcement
The City Lodge Board of Directors have been notified by Sun International
Limited (`Sun International`) that it intends to dispose of all the City Lodge
ordinary shares held by Sun International, amounting to 38.6% of the total City
Lodge shares in issue (`the proposed disposal`).
City Lodge shareholders are referred to the Sun International announcement,
providing details on the proposed disposal, released by Sun International on
SENS on 23 March 2005.
Should Sun International proceed with the proposed disposal, there may be an
impact on the price at which City Lodge shares trade on the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa (`JSE`).
Shareholders of City Lodge are accordingly advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their City Lodge shares until a further announcement is made by Sun
International or City Lodge in this regard.
