Retirement of Director
Mr Ronnie Price has retired as a non-executive director of the Company with
immediate effect.
Mr Price has indicated that he is in the process of relinquishing active
participation on the boards of companies in which his investment group and
trusts have holdings. However, he has confirmed that his family intends to
continue to retain its substantial shareholding in Sabvest.
Mr Price has been a director for seven years and we thank him for his valued
contribution over that period and wish him and his family well for the future.
