AMENDMENTS TO THE DEBENTURE TRUST DEED AND ADOPTION OF THE ACUCAP UNIT PURCHASE
TRUST (`THE TRUST`)
Acucap linked unitholders are advised that the proposed resolutions relating to
amendments to the debenture trust deed were approved by the requisite majority
of debenture holders at the general meeting of Acucap debenture holders held
today.
Further to this, the proposed ordinary resolutions necessary for the adoption of
the trust were approved by the requisite majority of Acucap shareholders at the
general meeting of Acucap shareholders held today.
Details of the amendments to the debenture trust deed and the adoption of the
trust were set out in the circular to Acucap linked unitholders dated 7 March
2005.
