RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the general meeting of the company held on 29 March 2005, the resolutions to
implement the acquisition of a portfolio of 16 property letting businesses (`the
acquisitions`) were passed by the requisite majority of linked unitholders.
Registration of transfer of the acquisitions is expected to take place shortly,
following which the 74 168 400 new linked units in Calulo to be issued as part
consideration for the acquisitions will be issued and listed on the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa (`JSE`). An announcement will be made on SENS
once registration has taken place and the JSE has approved the listing of the
new linked units.
