RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS
Mr Jeff Sher has resigned as a director of Metboard Properties Limited
(`Metboard`) with immediate effect.
Mr Estienne de Klerk will continue in his role as fund manager of Metboard and
will be appointed as an executive director of Metboard. Estienne will be
assisted in the strategic asset management of the property portfolio by Mr
Tyrone Govender who for the past 3 years has been responsible for the property
management of a major portion of Metboard`s property portfolio and has 12 years
property experience of which 9 years has been specific to industrial property.
