ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2004, as approved by the directors and auditors and published on
SENS on 14 March 2005, will be posted to shareholders on 29 March 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the fifteenth Annual General Meeting of shareholders
will be held at Deloitte, Building 3, Woodlands Office Park, Woodlands Drive,
Woodmead, Sandton on Tuesday, 17 May 2005 at 10h00 to transact business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which was issued together
with the annual report containing the annual financial statements of ADvTECH for
the year ended 31 December 2004.
