In terms of Section 3, paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Martprop
Property Fund wishes to advise unitholders that Mr A Joseph and Mr U J van der
Walt have resigned as directors of Marriott Property Fund Managers Limited with
effect from 29 March 2005, subject to the written approval of the Registrar of
Collective Investment Schemes.
