RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES FOR CHANGE OF NAME
The Directors are pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company`s shareholders held on Thursday 24th March 2005, approval was received
for the passing of all the resolutions proposed thereat.
This includes the change of the Company`s name to Halogen Holdings Societe
Anonyme (`Halogen`). Following the passing of the resolution to this effect in
the presence of a notary, the change of the Company`s name takes effect
immediately.

Trade on the JSE in the new name commences Monday 11 April 2005

title together with surrender form are received on or prior to the record date
or, failing receipt of documents of title on or before record date, within 5

18 April 2005
Dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts at their CSDP or broker
updated on Monday 18 April 2005
