Tribunal unconditionally approves Ellerine/Relyant merger                       
The Competition Tribunal today, 29 March 2005, unconditionally approved the     
large merger transaction between Ellerine Holdings, a public company operating  
in the retail furniture and appliance sector and Relyant Retail, which controls
