by him of shares in ARA Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which has an indirect interest in
Sovereign.
In line with principles of corporate governance adopted by Sovereign and in
terms of section 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements, prior clearance to
effect the placement was obtained from the board of the company.
